Mid Tenn Extreme Farm and Land Solutions Terms of Service

1. All services provided by Mid Tenn Extreme Farm and Land Solutions are subject to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms in this agreement, you must not use our services or access our website.

These Terms shall be governed exclusively by applicable state law without regard for principles governing conflict-of-laws matters and/or choice-of-laws matters; provided further, though that in cases where there is no applicable state law governing the same, then federal law shall apply instead exclusively
